All apparel uses premium blanks — soft, fitted tees and well-weighted hoodies, the same level used by streetwear brands you've heard of. Each Etsy listing names the exact blank used so there are no surprises. The size chart on each listing reflects the specific blank.

Every Etsy listing has a size chart specific to that piece — with measurements in both cm and inches.

We recommend picking your size based on the chart's measurements, not by your usual size from another brand. Different blanks fit differently — some run slimmer, others fit slightly oversized — so the chart is the most reliable guide.

Since print-on-demand items are made specifically for each order, choosing the right size is up to the buyer. If the size you ordered arrives correctly and the print is fine, we're not able to replace or refund it for fit reasons. We recommend reviewing the chart carefully before checkout.

XS to 2XL across all designs. The majority of colors are dark tones (black, navy, dark grey) to match the void aesthetic. Some designs also come in lighter colors (white, light grey) and other colors (red, green) — the exact set depends on the design. Each Etsy listing shows the colors available for that piece.

Message us via Etsy within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We arrange a free replacement directly with Printful — you keep the damaged one, no return shipping required. Same applies if the wrong design or wrong size shipped (i.e., what you got doesn't match what you ordered).

This guarantee runs on top of Etsy Purchase Protection — Etsy itself guarantees eligible orders that don't arrive, arrive damaged, or don't match the listing. Between Etsy's coverage and our replacement guarantee, you're double-covered against anything actually going wrong on our end.

Print-on-demand items are made specifically for your order, so we don't accept change-of-mind returns. Use the size chart (Q03), read the listing, look at the mockups. If it arrives damaged or defective, see Q05 for the free replacement.

Yes. Every design is original work — concept-driven, iterated, hand-edited, intentional. No template flips. The catalogue stays small on purpose: each design gets worked, reworked, and held until it earns its place. No filler.

Cold wash, inside out, no bleach, tumble dry low (or air dry — easier on the print). Don't iron directly over the printed area. Following these basics keeps prints sharp for years. With less careful washing, prints fade over time — still longer-lasting than most fast-fashion tees.

Two formats:

Bulk order — we produce and ship to your address, or directly to each recipient if you provide addresses. Your team handles distribution: events, giveaways, team merch. 30-day damage/defect replacement applies via email.

Co-branded drop — your design lives on our Etsy with co-branded framing, sold to fans like any Vol drop.

"Mafia" is a community name, not the literal one. The Void Gang is everyone who's been through the cycles — degens, apes, builders, holders, traders, anons, anons-with-jobs. Crypto culture has always leaned into in-group naming (paper hands, diamond hands, OGs, NPCs, frens). "Mafia" fits the lineage. The community part is the whole point.

Vol 1 is the launch volume — 10 designs released as one cohesive drop on 2026-05-30. After that, expect a new volume each month (Vol 2, Vol 3, and so on). Some volumes will have themes; some will feature collabs with crypto projects. Subscribe to the newsletter to get the heads-up before each volume goes live.

Not yet — but it's on the plan. Crypto checkout is coming once the brand hits the sustained revenue marks needed to support it. Until then, Etsy handles all payments — 60+ methods including card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank transfer.

This is how we start sustainably. Running our own checkout means payment processors, EU/global tax compliance, fraud protection, and refund operations — a full e-commerce overhead that doesn't make sense until the brand has the volume to support it. Etsy is the cleanest path for now: built-in buyer protection, 60+ payment methods, and a 30-day damage/defect replacement from us layered on top. Etsy + Printful handle the heavy lifting. The checkout setup will evolve as the brand grows.
